First Protection Services is Hiring a Security Officer Near Bangor, ME
Due to rapid and continuous growth, First Protection Services has an immediate full-time position available for Security Officers in Maine. Careers at FPS are available for motivated and professional individuals who want the ability to move up quickly in a mid-sized company. No prior security experience is necessary. With FPS you’ll find the image, technology, tools, resources, and support that will help you realize your full potential of becoming a leading professional in the private patrol industry.
The following full time schedule is available:
Thursday to Monday (Tuesday and Wednesday off) 2nd shift/overnights.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Eligible to carry firearm.
- Continuous observation.
- Complete daily activity reports.
- Pay great attention to detail and possess the ability to execute good judgment in difficult and/or emergency situations.
- Maintain the highest standards at all sites.
- Create incident reports and notify the appropriate personnel in the event of an accident or emergency.
Successful candidates must meet the following requirements prior to applying:
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must be able to pass a background screening which includes, but is not limited to, criminal background check, drug test, interview, and professional reference check.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable serving the public.
- Must have reliable transportation and reliable means of communication.
- Demonstrate a stable work history.
